Charlotte has each of the rooms individually decorated with family heirlooms and other collected antiques giving the rooms a personal touch. Many other antiques are displayed in the hotel, including the bar from a San Francisco restaurant.

For information on reservations and dining, call (530) 873-0858.

During your visit ask about recipes. Many of Charlotte's recipes are featured in the Best of the Best State Cookbook series, or you can purchase the cookbooks that she has produced at the hotel, and laminated recipe cards. Click here to view one of the recipe cards, which are available as heavy laminated sheets 8 x 11 inches and 4 x 6 inches (sizes approximate).
