Stirling City Historical Society

History

The Stirling City Historical Society, founded in 1993, was formed to study and document the rich history of the community and promote awareness of this local history. The society also maintains a collection of historic photographs and artifacts which are scheduled to be presented in the new Stirling City Museum.

Membership

Membership in the Stirling City Historical Society is $15.00 single, $25.00 family, per year. Business membership is $100.00 per year. For Lifetime (55+) membership, $250.00. Meetings are held the 2nd Sunday of the month at 2 pm at the Stirling City Community Hall, 17044 Skyway, unless otherwise announced.

The newsletter "Mountain Memories" is published quarterly and sent to all members; business members receive a free business card size ad in the newsletter. Members receive a 10% discount on purchases in the Museum Gift Shop.
